Return & Refund Policy – Chargers and Power Adapters

Thank you for purchasing our chargers and power adapters. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged, or not working properly upon delivery
• You received the wrong item
• The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Physical damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
• Burnt or short-circuited products due to power fluctuations or incorrect voltage usage
• Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
• Requests made after the return window

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include:

• Order details
• Issue description
• Clear photos or videos showing the problem

1. After verification, return instructions will be provided

4. Inspection & Approval

• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt
• If approved, the return will be processed
• If rejected, the item may be sent back to you

5. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued via the original payment method
• In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

6. Replacement Policy

• If the product is defective or incorrect, you may request a replacement instead of a refund
• Replacement is subject to stock availability

7. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered
• If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs may not be refunded

8. Important Notes

• Always use chargers and adapters with compatible devices and correct voltage
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs
